Refund policy

All tickets sold for TCG Trade N Play Events are non-refundable. They may however be transferred to a friend or family member if you are unable to attend the event.

If the tickets were purchased in error, please notify us within 24 hours of the ticket purchase and we the items will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
